The 100-Point Rubric
Feature Completeness & Efficacy
30%We compare official documentation, pricing, policies, and dated independent evidence when available. We do not present hands-on testing or performance benchmarks unless the page identifies the test method and source.
Pricing Transparency & Value
25%We record current published costs, important limits, and promotional-versus-renewal terms where available. A value score requires a dated editorial basis.
Regulatory Compliance & Security
20%For regulated categories, a score requires documented compliance and security evidence appropriate to the claim. Unsupported conclusions are withheld.
Customer Support & Onboarding
15%We document published support channels, onboarding material, and dated service evidence. Response-time or setup-speed claims require a recorded test or attributable source.
Market Presence & Consumer Sentiment
10%We use dated, attributable customer or market evidence when it can be verified. An aggregate review-site rating is not treated as an editorial score without a documented source, date, scope, and methodology.
What Gets Disqualified
- Score below 60 on the overall rubric
- Health products failing FDA compliance checks
- GLP-1 providers using 'generic Ozempic/Wegovy' language
- Financial tools with FINRA or SEC enforcement actions
- Any product with systematically hidden pricing
- Companies caught gating or suppressing negative reviews
Evidence standard
Product facts are checked against current first-party material where possible. Editorial scores, tier assignments, review sections, and aggregate ratings require a dated evidence record. If that record is missing or stale, the page uses neutral profile language instead of implying that we personally tested the product.
Current evidence coverage
The registry currently tracks 161 product profiles. 0 are editorial-ready with both required evidence fields; 161remain profile-only until their dated editorial evidence is recorded.
Paid content and placement
A sponsor may choose the topic or angle and pay for production and placement. We write the article and conclusion, label the deliverable as sponsored, and mark compensated links sponsored or nofollow. Payment never changes a neutral product profile and cannot buy a score, tier, ranking, or favorable verdict.
Editorial Independence
We earn affiliate commissions when you buy through some links. Those relationships are disclosed and do not substitute for evidence. A commercial relationship cannot create a score, tier, rating, or claim that the evidence record does not support.
