- Install the current Windows build and confirm real-time protection is enabled.
- Run a harmless EICAR test file only if you understand how to remove it afterward.
- Test WebShield on your normal browsers and check whether legitimate sites or downloads are affected.
- Verify which plan tier activates the VPN and Password Vault on your devices.
- Review privacy and telemetry settings, including browser-extension permissions.
- Check the portal for renewal price, auto-renewal status, covered devices, and cancellation instructions.
